For the Intermediate/Advanced Dancer. Pre-requisite: You must have completed the Bronze Medal Waltz level. Learn patterns for Viennese at an advanced Bronze level. Focus on style and technique, lead and follow skills to make you and your partner look better and feel better on the dance floor.
Medal Class - Focus on all the elements of technique.
Emphasis is placed on refinement of movement, foot positions, footwork, posture, poise, floor craft, frame and connection, , alignment, amount of turn, sway, timing, rise and fall........Learn how to move from your Center!
Registration for this class is by Teacher permission ONLY!

Experts in the dance industry agree that the Medal Program is the best way for students to become extraordinary dancers.
For Summer Term, this Medal Program group class will be developing a routine that exhibits all eight elements of Viennese Waltz in figures 1- 10 of the Syllabus. It will be hard work focused on conditioning those elements into "muscle memory", and dancing the routine in a confident, comfortable presentation. Students will see a definite improvement in their social dancing over the course of the term.
This class is for people who want to perfect their dancing skills....admission by teacher permission only.
