This ia a new class designed for women ONLY!
This class is dedicated to development of Posture, Poise, and Presence. Instruction will focus on arm styling with grace and fluidity, leg lines and feet, and head positions......all of the posture and poise necessary to give you ownership of your own balance and movement as you dance the routines taught in this class (without a partner).
This class will definitely help with your confidence, and muscle memory to create a better look on the dance floor..... all of the skills you develop in this class will augment and enhance how you will be able to dance with a partner at whatever dance occasion.
Ladies, if you want to look good and feel good on the social ballroom dance floor, then this is the class for you!
