If you have never danced before, Fox Trot is a good dance to start with. Generally speaking, the band will always play Fox Trots........

If you have never danced before, Fox Trot is a good dance to start with. Generally speaking, the band will always play Fox Trots......... Learn the more advanced patterns, emphasis is on lead or follow skills, using frame & connection. Learn syncopated rhythm count patterns. Learn how to travel around the dance floor and really make you and your partner feel comfortable, as well as look good.
